  • 7.The tax structure may also be changed according to Government policies.
  • 8.Cancellation of room booking is to be done in writing, at least 7 days before the expected time of Check-in, by an official email on the letterhead.
  • 9.Confirmed bookings are bound to attract 100% retention charges during “NO SHOWS”.
  • 10.The right of room allocation and the right of admission is strictly reserved by the Hotel Management.
  • 11. Other bills such as Laundry, telephone, Food & Beverages etc. has to be settled by the party (Room Occupant) at the time of checking out, until and unless authorized by the company / Organization in writing.
  • 12.Outside food is not permitted in the Hotel premises.
  • 13. No discounts or refunds are permitted in the unlikely event of unexpected natural calamity, Pandemic , event of breakdown of any equipment / services etc.
  • 14.The hotel requires at least two emergency phone numbers to be provided by the Client and which should be available for all the 24 hrs.
  • 15.Any discrepancy on the bill to be sorted out within 24 hrs of receiving the bill. Failing which the prevailed bill will be considered as the Final Bill.
  • 16.Cash payment above Fifty thousand should be accompanied by PAN number.
  • 17.House rules apply to all Clients.
  • 18. Any Conflict on the Room reservation is subject to Mumbai High court Jurisdiction & law. The Mumbai High Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with the Hotel Booking .
